These were a series of ads in two consecutive years that followed the famous film star Sherine Reda and her relationship with Etisalat’s Emerald service, which is a more upscale tier. It was meant to show the exceptional customer care and bundles from Emerald through the story of one of the employees and their humorous growing friendship with the star.
